The one who wear a particular fashion is account to be the fashion indicator, people will then have the intention to follow the trend and prompt the fashion cycle run extraordinarily fast, thus making a high profit. However, that particular fashion will become “OUT” due to its popularization. A new Fashion will be arisen. In the 20th Century, Fashion Cycle is extremely short, but results in an economic growth in Fashion Industry. Today, Fashion Cycle is rarely last for 1 year.
Clothing should be valued by its durability rather than the trendiness, so, we should change our mind and release ourselves for not being the “Fashion Slaves”

With the trend of Environmentally Friendly arise recently, it is not difficult to find “Green Fashion” in our community. Some clothing labels emphasize “no blenching” and “no chemical treatment”, however, consumers should read the labels clearly to avoid any masquerade. Below are some examples:
- Clothes printed with Green Slogan: The slogan is the only relationship with environmentally friendly
- Recycled materials: Some clothes claimed to be produced by recycled materials, however, they are just obtained from new materials in the other production line
- 100% recycle: There aren’t any old clothes recycling facilities in Hong Kong yet
- Some profits are for environmental use: How much? What for?
